There is also a moka pot made by Bialetti that has a "special valve" on it which gives the not quite espresso extra "creme":



Its only avialble in the smaller sizes so its not for me, but you may want to look into it.

Also is cappuccino just espresso with milk or cream? If so that "Mukka Pot" might produce pressurized espresso if you dont put milk in the top part.

I will say this about my pot. It makes really strong coffee but its not bad tasting like strong coffee can be. Its somehow smooth tasting. That said i wouldnt mind if it was less strong.
