I basically do not disagree with much of what you say regarding years that have gone by nor do I believe the SKins will be a contender this year or next for that matter....so much for Kool aid consumption.
NOTE: I do expect them to do so under the current regime.
Where I do differ is that there appears to be much to be positive about this year and if the start of this year is any indicator, for years to come with MS/BA. Time will certainly tell. Just stating the obvious.

Yeah, I'm with Hog with this one. I understand where you're coming from Fanatic but, your point of view on this upcoming season sounds like you've already seen it before. We drafted 12 players, Beck may be starting QB. I've NEVER seen redskins draft so purposefully before; at least that's different, get an influx of new blood in the locker room, with that said, obviously we won't be contenders but HS did say he sensed a culture shift towards the end of his time....lets hope he was right.
