wasn't that ugly. dominating d line play, good run game, and ok secondary play. Going into the bye week, its a hell of alot to build on compared to what we've seen the first 3 weeks........

There are many changes that will/need to be made, getting Jenkins and Jackson should help. I would love to see Tanard Jackson get reinstated, Chase Minnifield brought up and Josh Wilson cut. Maybe trade Fred Davis, since Reed and Paulsen have shown they can play + Davis will be a FA, there are lots of teams that would give a decent draft pick for him (Baltimore, NE and others)

Rob and Jenkins we need you. who gets cuts then? Do we keep kai over potter? Davis owes us production, but what type of value can we get for him? who would want him- Ravens?? I say keep him and make him play out contract and have him resign for cheap. Chase has to wait. Rambo also needs to get it together. Bye week but this is really Dallas week/s. Lets prove it 2 weeks from now. the division is flirting with us. lets take it home and bang it out. |

He has been great his time here, but London is playing terrible. Happy we won the game, dont get me wrong. I paid a good bit of attention at the middle LB, and London is no where what he use to be.
The right side of the O line is in bad shape as well, they got pushed all over the place. |

Something to build on. Hopefully the D got some mojo back. The division is still wide open.

The NFC East is so bad this year. 8-8 could do it.
Honestly will feel bad for the 11-5 or 10-6 wildcard team that does not get to the playoffs while the crappy NFC East champion goes. |

First congrats to the rookie getting his first td on a game changing playing. Huge play. Second, the pass rush was amazing. Orakpo, coefield and Kerrigan were ballin. Lastly, glad helu got the ball today and garçon had a strong game. This win will help our mental.

I said the same thing a few years ago when the Seahawks made it at 7-9, but then they got that huge upset over the Saints with Marshawns earthquake run at the end.

Except no team in the NFC East has that kind of home field advantage. But if you can make it to the playoffs it is anyone's guess as history has proven.

re: We won!!!!!!!!!! (Redskins vs. Raiders Post Game Thread)
Just nice to get a win,it wasnt pretty but we'll take it.Offense still looks lethargic mostly but defense steps up and plays a good game.If Pryor played theres no way were getting 7 sacks and the outcomes probably different but I'm not complaining,a win at this point is most welcome.
I was tired and took a nap at halftime and recorded the 2nd half.SanDiego was down 21-10 to Dallas and I thought for sure it would be a dallas win and another skin loss, man it was nice to wake up and watch both those things not happen

re: We won!!!!!!!!!! (Redskins vs. Raiders Post Game Thread)
Season saving win.
Really good second half. I'm going to re-visit the first-second half splits at the bye week because they've continued through the fourth week. Nice rebound for the defense. Matt Flynn is terrible. Raiders had to play without their starting QB, RB, and FB in the second half. But the game is often won in the trenches, and the Redskins DL really showed up and had a great game. Picked up Fletcher and Riley, who made a number of mistakes. Orakpo, Kerrigan, and Cofield continue to be our top defensive players. Today, they were enough. Jackson and Jenkins back after the bye to bolster the front seven. It hasn't been pretty, but the defense will have a fighting shot now. I think Griffin's season has been misunderstood to this point, but he really didn't throw the football very well at all today. Probably his second worst game as a pro QB after Pittsburgh last season. Not playing with a ton of confidence in the players around him. Arguably shouldn't be.
