That's cause Zorn is a "Cookie cutter" HC. Because he has not coached and called plays before he is going off of a play sheet and what it says he should do in any given situation. It's nice to have that as a guide but any really good experienced HC will only use that once and a while. Zorn is afraid to stray from the sheet. It's his security blanket. He can go to DS and Cerrato and say see my sheet says it's supposed to work which is why I called it.

Dude you could run the wishbone to the wildcat and if you do not block you do not move the ball.

There are no words to express the degree of disappointment. Pitiful, just pitiful.

I agree that the defense played better, but still giving up a fifteen point lead and allowing 18 points in a quarter and a half is bad. Especially for as good as our D is supposed to be. Carolina made some offensive adjustments and we didn't respond.

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread

At this point I would look to make a trade or look for some experience at OL, maybe Runyan if he's available?

For sure. Our second half schedule is so brutal compared to the current stretch. I put the over under on games I'll stop watching at halftime at 4.

UMMMMMMMMMMMMM they were on the field all day, and the points they gave up were because of offense and special teams,,,,,watch the game dude.

WHAT!?!? Little league? WTF is little league?! the refs made a blantlanty bullshit call that led to eight points for our opponent. And its "little league" to say that? Its not little league its holding the officiating crew accountable for their actions! Its telling the NFL that they have a real problem with bad calls. Have you ever heard, "Let the players play the game"? This game wasn't decided by players. It was decided by officials. Thats bullcrud! Thats wrong! Thats fixed! Its alot of things. But, it sure as heck ain't....................."little league".

What the heck is "little league"?

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread

If it wasn't for the Defense today you can scratch 14 points. This offense is just sad.

SOUP and Zorn are a package deal and will both be gone. Zorn already has one foot out the door, the next one will follow before months end.

And yes the O-Line needs a major overhaul!

Dont forget that the D did not them once and special teams/ bad ref call gave the ball back to Carolina in the red zone. Hard to come up with back to back stops when the other team starts at the 12.
