You pretty much nailed my position. I don't trust Snyder, and would like someone other then a head coach (under qualified to make personnel decisions) to have total control of the organization.

I'm envious of your optimism of Snyder's rebirth as an owner, but I just don't buy it. I understand it's a tired subject to bash Snyder's ways... so I'm going to do my best to steer clear of it as it's a considerably moot point.

Moving forward, I've heard that those involved in personnel currently within the organization are talented- and I support empowering them by promoting from within.

But don't you know that Snyder really cares about the Redskins, and only wants what's best for them, hasn't he proven that? He deserves your trust, and so does Bruce Allen, they are Redskins fans, lifers ya know. Who would you rather have at the helm? You must be a Cowboys fan . . .
