Hey Matty,

You changed it to 15 seconds a while back and was wondering if you'd be willing to set it back down a bit. 15 might be too quick, but 20 gives you plenty of time to wait to prevent spamming but not have to wait too long if you have something to say about a lot of threads.

It's not really about spam, it helps to reduce the server load.
