I doubt he was involved in the rape, but still, you are the company you keep. Even just being there is going to make people think he was involved. Not that I care though, now that he's out of DC I'm glad he's not our problem anymore.

From what I was told, Blatche had her in his suite and then people from his crew allegedly had their way with the girl...and there are somewhat incriminating photos on Dray's phone
