Grade 1 sprain is the report. Kinda funny that a grade one sprain can happen while doing yard work.....lol

I am glad to hear that. I do think that Griffin is a lot more flexible due to being an olympic hurdler. They were showing his pregame routine, and his knees were going up down and every direction, it hurt this couch potato just watching it.

That plus the fact that he has rehabilitated successfully from an ACL gives me a lot of hope that his body will hold up while he learns the ins and outs of NFL body protection.
