Shanny has got to clean this up. The crown of the most penalized team belongs to the Raidahs, not us.

I may be wrong but it seems we've been one of the tops in the NFL in penalties for years.

If I'm correct the Skins don't have their own set of Ref's its the same Refs last I checked. Maybe the Refs are out to get the skins so they make more calls against us. Just be glade we didn't get this ref on week one.
