Even just throwing an accusation of blasphemy out there is enough to get a person killed. That's crazy.
It always reminds me of Monty Python and the Holy Grail scene where they start shouting "Burn the witch!" and the reason given is "She looks like one".

Their situation is significantly less amusing but happens all too often in that part of the world.
