Cheating on and headbutting your wife should do it.

Yep. Plus, not to mention, dropping F-bombs in his initial press conference, saying he was going to be the old Chad, expect fines, and cussing up and down the field at practice and being talked to by Philbin. He's just not shown professionalism in any facet since being a Dolphin.

It was a terrible match. But the bottom line is he's just not a good wr anymore. #24 pretty much owned him in practice, then he gets in the game and drops an easy pass. If he was still in his hey day they would've kept him. But now? Hell no.

At this point, how do you know he did it? Think about how many people look stupid making a rush to judgement on stuff like this.

Agreed. I don't have a problem with the decision the Dolphins made, it seemed like an odd match from the start given Philbin's no-nonsense approach, but we should wait to see how it plays out before we crucify the guy.

Has the story been confirmed by a jury of his peers? No. Has there been verified reports of previous incidents of battery? Yes. Has the story been corroborated through various news outlets? Yes. Are their 911 reports that confirm there was some issue outside the Johnson residence that night and his wife was injured in some way? Yes. Have there been any women that have come out and said they've slept with Chad Johnson while he was engaged? Yes.

I honestly don't hate Johnson, but I think there is enough evidence to convict him in the eyes of the public.
