Knock it down to 2 preseason games to get the rust out and figure out who to keep from these other 40+ guys in camp based on practice and scheduled scrimmages with other teams where certian types of hitting or rules are in place to limit the really hard contact. Hasn't the NFL already greatly reduced OTAs and full-contact practices? For a lot of those bubble players, I don't think 2 preseason games are enough to get a good look.
