There needs to be a button that bans someone, then unbans them only to ban them again soon after.

Like someone tries to log on. Find out they've been banned. Log on a month later just to see if it works, magically they're back in. They go to post something then as soon as they click reply you get a message saying something like "Just kidding lol. UR Still banned hax111!!!111"
