Good point. In those games during that 7-1 stretch, Tebow made some huge plays in the 4th qtr/OT to set up Denver for those wins, but the D carried them through the games to allow those opportunities for Tim and the offense. The media hype did little to acknowledge that, but anyone who knows anything about football understood it was just as much or more about the D as it was about Tebow.
