If we really wanted a RB during that draft, we could have gone with Rice or Jamaal Charles. Also, Chris Johnson, Felix Jones, and Rashard Mendenhall were available at the bottom of the first round.

Never underestimate the power of "but we already have stud running back _________, therefore overkill" logic.
