I believe you should give your own players a chance to play before you bring someone in ahead of them.If Riley, Henson, prove they can't handle it then you look for another player at their position.

For me?
John Beck, but its not really an apples to apples comparison you're making between our ILB situation and QB situation.

Imo the best thing for the organization and Mike/Kyle's reputation/ego is for Beck (or the QB of thier choosing) to play well.

But, if they find a QB they feel they can win now with via trade/FA then I bet that's the route they'll take.
