Re: Raiders Have Unique Plan to Avoid Pay Cuts and Furloughs During Lockout

I kind of like it. If i was given the option to sell some tickets or:

Get laid off
Watching people i work with get laid off
Unpaid furlough
Pay cuts
Team moving back to LA (maybe with or without me or my co-workers)

I wouldnt see selling 10% of my monthly income per month of lockout in season tickets as being so bad. They have the worst in the league attendance, and theres a very real possibility of the team moving back to LA. I kind of agree that everyone in a organization, regardless of position, should be "selling" the organizations product, and those that dont feel that way about their company you should probably find a new job. It also gives everyone a chance to take charge and be proactive about the franchise and their employment. Would you rather just sit there with no options and have management decide what theyre going to do with you?

Also Buster from the article it sounds like no one has to pay anything until 1 week before the actual start of the season…. Maybe a deposit though?
