"News to me," a Redskins source tells Eric Edholm of Pro Football Weekly. Edholm says there's not much chance of the Redskins trading for Young. "The source did not believe a trade was imminent," Edholm writes, "because Shanahan has put a premium on collecting -- not giving away -- draft picks since coming aboard to right the ship." If Young is released by the Tennessee Titans, would the Redskins pursue him in free agency? "Although signing Young after he's released isn't out of the possibility," Edholm writes, "it might not be of the highest priority."
