Without debating whether DS "wants to win" or "cares about the Redskins", I would just say that based on my observation & the reactions he's spurred from some around him, I don't see the Danny as being a good leader. This man has burned many bridges in his past because he is a devoured fan? I can't buy that anymore. You are right, Dan Snyder is not a leader. He is a destroyer of what works by displacing it with his circus brand on it.
