Best Friday Night Dinner

A few of my groomsmen got me the Weber Performer as a wedding gift 5 years ago, and it has many many uses on it. Only problem is I need to fix the propane starter.

I use Cowboy Charcoal (or regular Kingsford if I don't have time for a run to the hardware store) in the chimney starter and have a beer or 2 while the coals get ready. Did burgers and dogs the Sunday before last, but it won't be long until the grill see some marinated flank steak or some kebabs, or some nice smoked chicken thighs.
