It really just depends on Snyder and his ego. I mean when you put the profits aside, he's been a total failure for 10 years now at what evidently is his day job: managing the Redskins. His ego would have to be enormous to not take a much different approach i.e. hire a smart professional to piece the organization back together. I'm not holding my breath.
