No, she couldn't. But as 12th pointed out, she supposedly proposed to him, which isn't exactly a normal thing. Just saying $111M could probably motivate a woman to pop the question. Even a tiny slice of that much cash could set someone up for a lifetime. IF her alleged behavior with Shaq is true, then she's opened herself up to any and all assumptions about her character.
