Let's face it, they should be trying to build up a little more goodwill than they have over the last 10 years. If there is $150,000 on the waiting list for "general admission" then they should just turn around and sell the cancel seasons tix. If it's corporated, then charge the customer cancelling until it gets resold. Goodwill and a good public image goes a long way. I'm sure the skins aren't the only ones doing it though.

All good points. It's also kind of buried though that suing is a last resort for the team.

I would not say that its "buried" It's pretty obvious. Suing is always a last resort.
