The image of Redskins fans?

I think some so called fans are hard on the front office as well as the players, ie (Jason Campbell). I think there are a lot of teams that would love to have a qb that can play in as many systems as he has and show improvement each year yet many fans are ready to give up on him. Most blame Snyder for his need to grab other teams players when they have the same feelings( everyone else's players are better then ours so lets dump ours and get them)
