Philly is fairly predictable. They consistently build through the draft, they rarely overpay (Kearse is an example but he was a monster when they signed him, injuries took their toll), and they release anyone who begins to decline (especially if the player commands a big contract ie. well put, except I would say Samuel was really the exception to the rule for them.
Springs was just visiting there, so I guess they're not opposed to signing an old vet, but I would think only for a year.
