The skins are under criticism for good reason. Hiring coordinators before a head coach isn't typically viewed well. HCs want to hire their own staff, which is very understandable.

That's part of the reason I feel like we already have a HC< we just haven't announced them yet.

Well it shows that Snyder is thinking out of the box and is going to set new standars for how coaches are hired.
