I think they taste real good and i actually work out a lot and got a couple. My kids love them and my sister-in-law. women and kids love them a lot from what i read in the washington post article. Lets just say Washington Post wont write about it if they weren't that good plus Im just a fan supporting fred smoooooooooooooooooooooooooooot!
