Re: Best Offseason
It's hard to see how we have had a great off-season. We still have a question mark at every DL spot, did nothing to improve our OL or skill positions on offense. We probably improved at safety and MLB but have question marks at weakside LB and a guy at strongside getting a little older. Maybe Springs will last at CB and Smoot is still a guy who can help (Who knows?)."
If both are zip (which is more than possible), we're looking at a group of barely adequate CB's. Unless Campbell's as great as he might be and Lloyd improves drastically, we'll be fighting to finish 8 and 8. |

Re: Best Offseason
Since NE is the popular pick here , I will say Denver . They added RB Henry , who should rush for around 1,500 yds this year . Denver drafted 3 rookies last year QB Cutler,TE Scheffler and WR Marshall , this year they add 5 DL , and CB Bly .they might not make the AFC title game given that Cutler is only in year 2 , but if tha Pats and Colts drop off this year , Denver might be the team to beat . Lets just hope our moves show up big this year and JC gives us some big time QB play !!!

Re: Best Offseason
I know that this off topic a bit, but I know about this time last year, one of our more innovative members started a training camp count down ticker. Is it too early for that now?

Re: Best Offseason
I am really surprised that I am the only person that thinks Cleveland had a great offseason.

Re: Best Offseason
I don't disagree, but I also thought they had made some good additions last offseason as well

Cleveland is on the right track, and if romeo can't pull out a .500 or so season, he is not head coach worthy. The Browns have filled the team with good young talent.

The Browns clinched "best offseason" when they signed Kenny Wright

Re: Best Offseason
Yeah, they did, but that is what helped make it a great offseason for them. When Quinn kept falling someone would eventually get a steal with him. Cleveland wins.
