I would have liked to keep him for continuity, but i don't think he's irreplaceable by any means. He's no where close to hutchinson.

In all fairness, scouts said that he would be a project when we drafted him. Most thought that he had the potential to be dominant but would take several years to develop. Maybe they were right and, with Buges' guidance, he's just now hitting his stride.

The Redskins have taken that risk a few time and some have payed off other no so much! As for Dock I give him around 3 years before we all say I told you so when his name comes up on the cut list!
