Why are you always so hard on Brunell?

Do you really want Brunell just to up and leave and give up all that money. He is our backup, I have no problems with him being a backup he's been here so he knows whats going on. I dont know what you want him to do, its like if people had this type of money they'd walk away from it.

Let me spell it out for all the bleeding heart Brunell guy's, the post was a knock on Gibbs and his insistance to keep Brunell on the team, Brunell doesn't make that decision, Gibbs does.

The fact that he will even backup, to me is a joke, how about we become a real organization and start bringing in young talent and start grooming other QB's? Rather than hang on to Gibbs 43 million dollar debacle. Brunell has proved he's shot, so now I am to believe he's going to be better next season when he's a year older? He's scared to death to take a hit, that fear only gets worse with age, not better. Yea that's all we need JC to go down and Brunell ready to take the reigns and lead the team to victory with Gibbs on the sideline creaming his pants. Sorry coach Gibbs the only I told you so about this Brunell signing from the get go comes from me!

He keeps restructuring and yet you still hold onto the $43 million argument? And just how many young QBs do you want to groom?
