You raise some good points. Let me ask a question. Who's going to coach young linebackers? Kirk Olivadotti was a quality control assistant, then worked as assistant position coach for the defensive line and special teams. At the college level, he coached wide receivers. Not sure he even
played linebacker? I'm sure he can gameplan linebackers, but can he teach the position?
Not knocking the guy. Gibbs and company must have seen something in him. I'm just saying maybe this coaching staff isn't really geared to evaluate and develop young players.
