One of the principal reasons why Joe Gibbs is special, at least in my mind, is that he won the Super Bowl 3 times with 3 different QBs. That accomplishment should not be underestimated. I highly doubt Belichick could have won 3 super bowls without Brady.

And 3 different RBs and 3 different kickers and I think 3 different punters as well.
