Just an observation here. Under Coach Gibbs QBs coming out of the college draft ride the pine for three years (unless extraordinary circumstances require otherwise ... the starting QB has his leg broken.)

There is little happening this year to change his philosophy. I understand that some fans are not comforatable with that, but that's life on Coach Gibbs team. Put on your big boy pants and deal with it.
