What about Sean Taylor, How long was his rookie contract?I think locking him up before he really blows up is more important than Dockery, Betts, and Cooley.I like Cooley as much as the next guy but if I had to choose between locking up him or Taylor first, I would pick Taylor in a heartbeat.

The standard was 6 years at the time for the top 10 picks. The cap sheet says hes locked up through 2010, so it must have been a 7 year deal
