Re: Game Day #7: not quite the scabs game
Was out today so didn't see the game. Blowout loss wasn't surprising. Jayden hurt again?
Let's face it, this season is over. Last year was fluke. Honestly, the only game I think we can win is the Dolphins game. My 3-7 prediction before the bye seems realistic; especially if Jayden misses more games. The way Denver battle back today; trust them to probably beat us. That closing 4 game stretch in the division; we could go 1-3 or even 0-4. Wouldn't be shocking if we finish anywhere from 4-13 to 6-11. Just play youth, they need to get experience and we need to find out if any of them are worth bringing back. This team is 2-3 years away. Trade anyone that we can among the grandpas we have. |

You don't pour all your resources into WR. WTF are you fools thinking? They need to spend resources into our defense, which still is the worst part of this team.

Commander Brian 🪖🪖
@ItsMr_BQC I’ve been sitting on this statement since last year but I’ve wanted to wait and see how everything played out but it’s time for this to be addressed, Adam Peters had Cooper DeJean available at pick #40 and traded it to Philly for what became Mikey Sainristil and Ben Sinnott. Why have we not killed him for that??????????????????? #RaiseHail It took an ass kicking to see it, or admit it, but AP may not be some great football mind. Jayden had such an unbelievable rookie year that we just crowned the guy GM of the century but he has made several questionable decisions. You can substitute the words Quinn, and HC for AP, and GM. Jayden can’t repeat that year if he can’t run due to design, or injury, or whatever. If we are waiting on JD to be Superman without his legs we will be waiting a loooong time. I will always appreciate 2024 but it was a smoke show. Damn. |

Re: Game Day #7: not quite the scabs game
This team just looks old and slow, plus that's two weeks in a row where they've been beat in the trenches. This is all Peters as he decided to trade for and sign a lot of old guys. He got a quick return last year, but it's obviously not sustainable.

@JPFinlayNBCS · Follow Commanders releasing Jalyn Holmes is confusing to me. He’s been good. I get you needed a roster spot for Cosmi but that wouldn’t have been my decision 7:06 PM · Oct 18, 2025 Another AP move that smells funny. |

Meanwhile, the 49ers are up 10-3 on ATL at the half and they are the most injured team in the universe. Shanahan and his staff have done a pretty amazing job coaching up the backups.

the defense is so bad this year because they are out there so long and well they are terrible but so many three and outs by the O is really exposing the D the expectations were set so high last year we werre never going to repeat them, not with this roster my biggest concern is just can JD5 stay healthy in the nfl, all 3 of his injuries, the ribs, knee and now hamstring were off not of massive hits they were all pretty routine tackles i serioulsy just think this franchise is doomed

We are 2-3 years away. Just focus soley on youth. No more players over 30. Every free needs to be under 30. We only have 5 picks next year I think. We need to get more and AP better be sign tons of rookie free agents. Everything went right for us last year for the most part but this year, it's the opposite. We need young players and speedy players. |

Re: Game Day #7: not quite the scabs game
Last year was masked by success and JD5... but i feel like im just watching EB offense again with a little more run plays.
Our o line is being set up to fail to me, you can't spend the all game, every game, in the fuckin shotgun.. sick of it. Sick of being out schemed and out coached almost every single game. We are slow, we have a weaker than most pass rush, we are inconsistent tacklers... this list is too long to even keep going but it all starts at the top. Zero reason to drag out terry situation and pay him anyway. Maybe he's not hurt if he has an off-season. Its a plus if we have time to throw the ball, of course. Just a lot of miscalculation and I fear coaching is as big a part as is the players, playing the positions and schemes they are being deployed to. I was an 8-9 win guy at the beginning of the year... now i hope we just compete to even reach that point. A lot of adjustments needed across the board. I cannot believe KK hasn't been sat down and talked to as well as whitt.... I just can't. Whatever yall, today really sucked. My thoughts on jayden remain, he will be fine but the rest of the team around him, MOSTLY COACHING.... really needs to be improved.

Is that for certain? I thought there was going to be an MRI tomorrow.

Re: Game Day #7: not quite the scabs game
Enough already with crapping on 2024 because of what’s going on right now.
Two things can be true, last year was a great ride. This year not so much so far. The two aren’t related. Still a lot of football left. |

Re: Game Day #7: not quite the scabs game
So many issues w/ this team. Injuries are not an excuse because everyone has them. Kyle is winning games w/ Mac Jones.
No running game, no pass rush, no passing game, no play action passing game, can't stop the run and can't cover. Kliff sucks right now. I'm beginning to really dislike his 100% shotgun, college offense. Take that shit back to Texas Tech. What really bothers the crap out of me is Manny Forbes, who they could not wait to get rid of, is playing for the Rams. Not only is he playing but he is a starter on a team that is obviously better. How does that happen? That baffles me. |
