I can only go by what people in the business, people who actually know unlike media and fans, are saying. And it sounds like this was a damned good hire.

Not they would or should pick the QB based entirely on the coordinator but if they do select Maye, which I always believed they would do even before the coordinator was named, this will help his transition as he played in this offense in college.
