MacDonald and Quinn had their interviews on the same week, and around the same days. Keim and others had reported that ownership's plan was to finish the interviews on Tuesday, and make a decision at the end of the week. They stuck to their plan.

Again, people are going to want to create their exaggerated doom scenario in their head. But to me, they went with their plan, and got a HC they wanted.

Anything we hear from the likes of Florio or all these other TMZ-like reporters, is clickbait to get fans riled up for nothing.
