They interviewed Quinn 3 times, so actions say he was near if not the top guy on their list. He'd also have the largest network to fill out a coaching staff, which may have been part of it.

That said, the last item on his resume is an embarrassing 28-3 loss. Maybe he's a Washington sleeper agent, and that was all part of the plan, along with bringing parsons over.

Nah, last item on his resume is getting blown out by the Packers in the 2023 wildcard round. The highlight of his resume is blowing a 28-3 lead in the SB.

Certainly not inspiring after 4 years of Ron - he seems to share the same qualities as Ron. Key difference is Adam Peters is in charge of building the roster. I just hope they have a plan - a certain type of player they're looking for, a certain mindset from everybody from the FO down to the coaches and players. They gotta be on the same wave, this is a problem we've had for years.
