When the Cap goes away, you sooner or later will have the same situation that we in Europe have in soccer.
In our soccer leagues you have some "rich" teams (i.e. Bayern Munich in Germany, Chelsea in England, Barcelona in Spain) that dominate their leagues with only one or two real opponents and sometimes a surprise team that comes up one year and falls down the next... short said... itīll be boring. |
