But, if they can be a top 10 (maybe even top 5) defense this year with the likes of Barton, Hudson, and Davis...I'm good with that. It is a little weird though, with both Ron and Jack being former LBs... From the outside looking in, it's the QB, O-line, and LB groups that I am most questioning. All other areas look real solid - on paper. A weak LB group (if that's what we have) can be somewhat "covered for" with an elite defensive front and a really good secondary. However, if the QB and/or O-line is weak, the offense is in trouble. Really can't wait until they start going against the Ravens in practices, and other teams in preseason so we can get a better sense of what we have. |
