So did deGrom. Would have been his last year if he didn’t opt out. Instead he locked up a boatload of cash.

I hope he comes back strong too.

It's always weird when someone can be so immensely talented but at the same time have a body that just can't stay healthy. He's still won Cy Young's and has had a good career. But if he wasn't hurt all the time he could be one of the best pitchers in MLB history.

Hopefully for his sake and the Rangers, he can come back and have at least a couple more good seasons.

Injuries freaking suck. Him not pitching is bad for the game.
