Your right it was a bit of an exageration to say he will be way better, but our QBs were awful last year so it should not be too much to expect something much closer to competent starter level.

I think RR knows that the new owner is going to want a complete break from everything Snyder and wont be re-signed no matter how the season goes. RR's not betting anything because he's gone no matter what.
