I hold it against him, if you determine you can't kick the FG there, at the opponent's 34 you go for it. Don't punt when the best you can reasonably expect to do is net 24 on the punt.

Two things I will never ever understand..

Kicking a FG inside the 10 regardless if it's 4 & Goal from the 10

Or Punting inside the opponents 40. Both are stupid as hell unless the game is on the line in both instances.

Play to your strengths.

Ball control and field position is our offense ....... in the year 2022.

Im sure it had a high "surrender" rate though.

Definitely would've been the better choice.
