More along the lines of what MTK said, but like they played the position, so they have more institutional knowledge as to what caliber of player(s) they need to run the defensive scheme they plan to run.

Can't say the plan (whatever it is) is a good one though as it hasn't worked so far.

I'm just waiting for T Lawrence and Evan Engram to carve them up week 1. I can't help but believe that the 3rd down issues are directly tied to the weak LB corps.

I know, I know. I'm usually more optimistic, but with what I currently see for our back 7, my optimism is waning...
