After the Broncos' sale at 4.65 billion, we could even be talking north of 5 billion for this franchise...

Just curious why you think Washington is worth more then Denver? IMO if they want Snyder out it could be a fire sale, a just get it over type thing. Add in the Stadium matters and that seems to be a problem in Washington.

Good points. I'll admit it's not a highly documented opinion on my part, but from what I've read and heard, Washington simply is a way bigger market than Denver, hence a properly managed franchise would generate more $.
