- You can twist "shall not be infringed" all you want to, but it doesn't change what it says. Shall not be infringed is as clear as day as to what it means. It means it shall not be infringed. So it literally says exactly what you're saying it doesn't.

- At a cost of around 28 million each (at minimum), I don't think this is a legitimate issue. But way to use the most ridiculous extreme example possible.
