The race card is thrown around so much anymore, that in my opinion people have somewhat forgotten the actual meaning. It's unfortunate, because there still is true racism in this country that needs to be addressed, but not every situation has a racist element to it. It just seems to be the "go to" these days.

The problem isn’t that everyone wants to play the race card - the race card is more than justified. The problem is nobody wants to put the thought into things and read between the lines. They just want to mention Margaret Sanger and move along.
