Ridder seems to be the one with the best physical ability. Good size, can throw a long, hard pass, leadership skills. I admit he is an unfinished product and will take two years to develop him. But to me at least I see the potential for him to be a really good QB with proper development. Now that raises the bigger issue: do we have the staff to develop him properly? I would say "no." But if we had a QB guru on staff, Ridder to me is the one who can be developed into a top flight QB.

I agree with this, I think he has the most upside of any QB in this draft. He’s also sneaky athletic and can move around well.
