^ People coming from 3rd world countries are often tough to background check, a lot those countries don't keep good records as far as births and deaths go let alone other vital information like credit, arrests, etc.
If anyone had a good immigration solution I'd like to think it would have been figured out by now. It's an enormous issue with a ton of moving parts. |
