If you want to talk culture you can't let a guy like Jon Allen get to the franchise tag phase. Because he's a guy that does absolutely everything right. The culture talk is empty if you don't extend Allen. Scherff does everything right too but he flat out doesn't want to be here. We offered top of the market guard money and he said no, not much more you can do.
